Help Needed at Good Works Farm

Category:A human services nonprofit specializing in centers to support the independence of specific populations. Mission Statement: To enthusiastically empower differently-abled individuals to reach their fullest potential in supportive and meaningful environments. Here are some of the key programs we worked on last year: - Program 1: Shared living- person-centered support services provided for 6 clients with their caregivers who share their homes with individuals with developmental & intellectual disabilities. - Program 2: Adult day services: person-centered habilitation, vocational, and transportation services were provided for 18 individuals with transportation services were provided for 18 individuals with developmental & intellectual disabilities on location and in the community. - Program 3: Homemaker/personal care: person-centered support and transportation services provided in the homes and in the community of 4 individuals with developmental & intellectual disabilities.
